Structure

Structures guide our attention and define what is possible in given contexts. Innovation and reimagining institutions and new frameworks is important work.

People

Fundamentally systems consist of people. Unless we can rekindle our sense of responsibility and agency there will be no change. Therefore I coach:

  • Essence coaching - for individuals that feel stuck looking for movement

  • Dialogue facilitation - founder teams, teams, groups, partners to explore, discover and create foundations for co-creation

  • Mentoring/coaching - on a wide range of topics on regenerative business

  • Group facilitation - design and facilitate group explorations on topics that spark my curiosity. Past examples: masculine/feminine, awareness, co-creation

Strategy

Societal challenges (meta crisis) creates needs for new paths for value creation this entails reimagining strategy and business development. Some examples:

  • SORPA - municipal plastic recycling in Iceland, consultant, focus plastics
